Literature 6 - Thursday, 9/9 - journal check. Students should have 4 entries in their journals:
8/25 - "Letter" - Full page - Write a letter to a friend telling him or her about middle school.
8/31 - "Diary" - Full page - Write a diary entry telling your thoughts and feelings about what is going on your life.
9/2 - Page 587 in the 6th grade literature book. "Check your Comprehension" # 1, 2, and 3, and "Evaluate" #4.
9/7 - "Bedroom" - 1/2 page - Write a description of your bedroom.

Lit 6 - nonfiction vocab test on 9/15 - genre - autobiography.
Lit 7 - novel vocab test on 9/16 - genre - dilemma.
Lit 8 - short story vocab test on 9/16 - protagonist - title.
